Refund Policies

The customer may cancel the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.
Refunds are issued within 14 days of the return. Defective/Damaged Products: In case of a defect or discrepancy, the customer
is entitled to an exchange or full refund, with return shipping costs paid by Trenshire. Ineligible Items: We do not accept returns of personal use products (e.g., cosmetics, underwear)
digital downloads, and final sale items. Return Costs: For returns due to regret, the customer pays shipping. Refund Deadline: Up to 14 business days after receipt or proof of shipment of the product.
